Register for our Flu Shot Clinic

We will be hosting drive-thru flu shot clinics starting mid-October. To participate, you need to email a picture of the front and back of your insurance card to flushot@ranchviewfamilymedicine.com. Once received, we will get you registered and you will receive an email response confirmation. All patients must pre-register and receive confirmation prior to coming to the flu clinic.
